⚠️ Reservation is on a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS" — the first to provide a downpayment secures the slot.

💳 Downpayment is 50% of the reservation (NON-REFUNDABLE).

🔒 A security deposit of ₱3,000 is required (refundable upon check-out if no damage).

🐾 Pets are allowed — ₱500 per pet.

👥 Max sleeping capacity is 20 guests. Excess guests are charged ₱350 per head.

🪑 Monoblock excess is ₱25 per chair.

Villa Policy

Must Read Before Booking

Please read and understand the following policies carefully before confirming your reservation. These rules ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in at 3:00 PM. Check-out at 12:00 Noon.
Strictly no early check-in and no late check-out. Late check-out will be charged P1,000/hour.

Clean As You Go

Please clean up after yourselves. A cleaning fee of P500 will be charged if the villa is left unclean.

No Toiletries Provided

Please bring your own shampoo, soap, and towels. We do not provide toiletries.

Decorations

You may use our provided backdrop for decorations. Please avoid using the walls as it may ruin the paint.

Noise & Videoke Policy

In accordance with Magalang policy, loud noise and videoke are only allowed until 10:00 PM. However, videoke inside the villa is permitted after that time.

Pets

Be mindful of your pets inside the villa. Urine stains on sofas and mattresses will be charged accordingly.

Furniture & Fixtures

Please do not rearrange fixtures, sofas, or furniture inside the pavilion and sleeping area to avoid damage. No re-arrangement of fixtures during your stay.

Dining Chairs

Dining chairs are not allowed to be used outside the dining table. Each dining chair used outside will be charged P1,000.

Damages & Breakages

Broken or damaged items — television, chairs, tables, kitchenware, door knobs, utensils, sofas, microphone, bedsheets, covers, and blankets — will be charged accordingly.

Kitchen & Appliances

Free use of refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, griller, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, and cooking wares. LPG usage for cooking/reheating: P600/day.

Caretaker Inspection

Kindly allow our caretaker to check everything in your presence upon arrival and before check-out. This is to prevent unwanted charges.

Daily Pool Water Change

Pool water is changed every 12:00 midnight — we use fresh water, not recirculated. This ensures a clean and fresh pool each day. Strict compliance required: please allow our caretaker to drain and refill the pool at midnight so the next day's water stays fresh.
